Yiğitcan İstanbullu was a little too slow when Lucrețiu Ghimiș got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Jurassic Monsters SA's Yiğitcan İstanbullu got control of the ball when Lucrețiu Ghimiș tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucrețiu Ghimiș got free with Yiğitcan İstanbullu in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peeter Heintalu in the 15th minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Emil Gabor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurassic Monsters SA's Yiğitcan İstanbullu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 18th minute of play. Yiğitcan İstanbullu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peeter Heintalu in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Gabor saved ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 from getting behind. Emil Gabor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peeter Heintalu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 minutes ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Peeter Heintalu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Jurassic Monsters SA's Peeter Heintalu to fire away a dangerous shot which Emil Gabor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Pedro Grandis got free in front of the goal in the 26th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Emil Gabor was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Pedro Grandis put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emil Gabor. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Yiğitcan İstanbullu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 30 minutes Jurassic Monsters SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eugen Mihălțan who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 32 minutes, Peeter Heintalu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jurassic Monsters SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peeter Heintalu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucrețiu Ghimiș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu made a huge save. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jurassic Monsters SA's goalie and right to Basarab Vărzaru. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jurassic Monsters SA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Yiğitcan İstanbullu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Irinel Tatomir showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Lima got free with Emil Gabor in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Luciano Sesuldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Gabor. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Sesuldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Yiğitcan İstanbullu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Irinel Tatomir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 76th minute of play forced Jurassic Monsters SA's goalkeeper Yiğitcan İstanbullu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yiğitcan İstanbullu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Irinel Tatomir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 89th minute Lucrețiu Ghimiș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yiğitcan İstanbullu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Percy Rocha threw the ball into play from the sideline. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Gică Popescu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
