That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Nuno Peralta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Cardoso in the 20th minute of play. Reynaldo das Neves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Călin Boieraș showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Nuno Peralta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Cardoso in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Boieraș to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Basarab Birișu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Basarab Birișu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Basarab Birișu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Nuno Peralta had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Eduardo Prado's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's zone, Bernardinho Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Peralta came out of the goal and Bernardinho Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Valer Perișoară got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 41st minute, Călin Boieraș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Călin Boieraș scored 3-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reynaldo das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Rezende FC's zone, Călin Boieraș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo das Neves came out of the goal and Călin Boieraș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Reynaldo das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Perișoară in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Basarab Panduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Bernardinho Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt made a substitution. Costin Malcoci replaced Horia Chioreanu. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eduardo Prado was slow to take the kick. During this time Rezende FC's players had a chance to rest. Rezende FC's Eduardo Prado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nuno Peralta in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Reynaldo das Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basarab Panduru's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Manuel Tunaru scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reynaldo das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 71 played minutes Rezende FC got a freekick which was hit by Beto Sena. In the 73rd minute Eric Gorcea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt made a substitution. Adrian Nasta replaced Basarab Panduru. Bernardinho Cardoso's late challenge caught a FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardinho Cardoso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Bernardinho Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt booed when Rezende FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Peralta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ediberto Linares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardinho Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reynaldo das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Nasta in the 95th minute of the match. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rezende FC for a fine match.
