In the 3rd match minute, TEAMGEIST Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Ulvestad to maneuver through the defense. Zheng Yang Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Wnukowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, ΠΑΟΚ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikki Getlin came free, but Özbek Samet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Zheng Yang Zhen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TEAMGEIST Football Club's Jan Wnukowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute Mouritz Klange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özbek Samet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klement Tarka kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Özbek Samet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouritz Klange in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Benedykt Michna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Özbek Samet made a huge save. In the 56th minute, Klement Tarka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Özbek Samet. The goal made the score 0-1. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Vassilis Bitsikas replaced Theofanis Klotsobounidas. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Isaias Oso was substituted for Ronaldão Mendonça. Özbek Samet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mouritz Klange, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Jan Wnukowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotiris Zacharakis in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match, Boruc Kornatowski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Özbek Samet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The TEAMGEIST Football Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
