Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joop Mesmaeckers started the match with the kick off. All Stars Gent's Eser Şemsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darren Verlet in the 2nd minute of play. 3 minutes into the game, Luizinho Mota was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maraponga FAC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave All Stars Gent the free kick. Eser Şemsi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Osmundsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Osmundsen took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eser Şemsi. Eser Şemsi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mané Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esterilla Van Meenen's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. It was a well-played corner which Esterilla Van Meenen managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a defensive mix-up in Maraponga FAC's zone, Michael Cuelens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané Andrade came out of the goal and Michael Cuelens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute Cristiano Osmundsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser Şemsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mané Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Cuelens, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Maraponga FAC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yves Joanes to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, All Stars Gent's Mané Andrade threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joop Mesmaeckers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Joop Mesmaeckers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Andrade was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The corner ended in Christiaan Elsen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade did a great save. Eser Şemsi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darren Verlet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes All Stars Gent got a freekick which was hit by Joop Mesmaeckers. Eser Şemsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Osmundsen in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, All Stars Gent's Joop Mesmaeckers got a free kick in the 47th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Darren Verlet made a kick off. Mané Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joop Mesmaeckers, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The supporters of Maraponga FAC booed when All Stars Gent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jannes Gramet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eser Şemsi made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Cristiano Osmundsen sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the game, Joop Mesmaeckers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mané Andrade was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 71 played minutes All Stars Gent got a freekick which was hit by Jerom Van Landschoot. Mané Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Cuelens went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 77 minutes into the match, Christiaan Elsen notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade. Mané Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the game, All Stars Gent's Joop Mesmaeckers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mané Andrade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 87 played minutes Maraponga FAC got a freekick which was hit by Luizinho Mota. In the 89th minute Joop Mesmaeckers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Lind in the 90th minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Eser Şemsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christiaan Elsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mané Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jimmy Lind kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eser Şemsi. That made the score 4-2 in the 94 minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Maraponga FAC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for All Stars Gent.
