An unexpectedly hard shot by Rostyslav Leonenko in the 6th minute of play forced Long Dolby's goalkeeper Jimeno Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Long Dolby defense, Rostyslav Leonenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimeno Eate. The Long Dolby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Eate should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatih Özbay in the 8th minute of play forced Long Dolby's goalkeeper Jimeno Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Nelausen in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, one of FC WAWER:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fatih Özbay might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jimeno Eate. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fatih Özbay ran back to his position shaking his head. Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fatih Özbay in the 18th minute of play. FC WAWER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rostyslav Leonenko in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Fatih Özbay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC WAWER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jimeno Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fatih Özbay in the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Kurt Fogedby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Long Dolby's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Fogedby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Ferran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fatih Özbay in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimeno Eate saved Long Dolby from getting behind. Leopold Razga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but David Ferran made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Marian Italia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Fogedby got free with David Ferran in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute Fatih Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match, Gerdt Trettvik got a very nice opportunity to score, but David Ferran was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Long Dolby getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Hasse Hammerslev hit a great ball. Fatih Özbay took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Eate. Jimeno Eate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fatih Özbay made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Knud Schneevoigt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimeno Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fatih Özbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Nelausen in the 57th minute of play. Jimeno Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fatih Özbay in the 58th minute of play. In the last second Jimeno Eate throw himself and got hold of the ball when Fatih Özbay in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jimeno Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fatih Özbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Eate came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC WAWER's Fatih Özbay. But to his dismay, Fatih Özbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. FC WAWER's Adam Zakrzewski was substituted for Marian Italia. FC WAWER made a substitution. Alfred Rakowicz replaced Severo Damario. Fatih Özbay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimeno Eate having to make a save. Jimeno Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fatih Özbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Long Dolby's zone, Fatih Özbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Eate came out of the goal and Fatih Özbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the game, FC WAWER's Fatih Özbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimeno Eate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. The audience was convinced that Gerdt Trettvik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Ferran was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Long Dolby's goal looked a bit too open when Fatih Özbay came free, but Jimeno Eate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, FC WAWER's Fatih Özbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimeno Eate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. In the 83rd minute Zenon Jandryca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Eate made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zenon Jandryca in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Long Dolby's Knud Schneevoigt got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88thth minute of the game Zenon Jandryca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jimeno Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Tomporowski in the 93rd minute of the match. The Long Dolby manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing FC WAWER to win.
