The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Dinamita on Grass's Imanol Erosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elliot Wallengren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ferman Verges hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. A collision led to Team North Invest getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jens-Erik Lundin hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Imanol Erosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elliot Wallengren was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Team North Invest's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leandro Paredes was slow to take the kick. During this time Dinamita on Grass's players had a chance to rest. Dinamita on Grass's Leandro Paredes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elliot Wallengren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Imanol Erosa sped through Team North Invest's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elliot Wallengren. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imanol Erosa in the 24th minute of play forced Team North Invest's goalkeeper Elliot Wallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elliot Wallengren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Imanol Erosa's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Imanol Erosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Wallengren having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Team North Invest's zone, Delmiro Vachon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliot Wallengren came out of the goal and Delmiro Vachon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elliot Wallengren came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamita on Grass's Imanol Erosa. But to his dismay, Imanol Erosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, Team North Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Imanol Erosa came free, but Elliot Wallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinamita on Grass were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Team North Invest's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leandro Paredes took the corner. Imanol Erosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elliot Wallengren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Imanol Erosa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th minute Imanol Erosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Wallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imanol Erosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Team North Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Imanol Erosa came free, but Elliot Wallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Imanol Erosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Elliot Wallengren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Team North Invest's Anders Pettersson was substituted for Birger Forssberg. The Team North Invest players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dinamita on Grass were winning 0-4.

Vito Castelao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Erik Lundin in the 59th minute of the match. After 63 minutes, Alf Brander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Team North Invest and the Dinamita on Grass players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team North Invest's goalkeeper Elliot Wallengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Imanol Erosa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elliot Wallengren came out and tried to block the shot, but Imanol Erosa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 65th minute. Elliot Wallengren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amat Serena went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Mihnea Seremet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Wallengren having to interfere. Jonas Gallin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Amat Serena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team North Invest's Elliot Wallengren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amat Serena in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elliot Wallengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The nice shot from Mihnea Seremet in the 92ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Elliot Wallengren had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After 94 minutes Team North Invest's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmiro Vachon who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Team North Invest's zone, Mihnea Seremet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliot Wallengren came out of the goal and Mihnea Seremet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Team North Invest's Elliot Wallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amat Serena in the 97th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Mihnea Seremet put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Elliot Wallengren. Dinamita on Grass's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
