The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Dinamita on Grass's Imanol Erosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixten Dahlgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Delmiro Vachon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Sixten Dahlgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Imanol Erosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sixten Dahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Imanol Erosa in the 9th minute of the match. Vito Castelao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Stigsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 12 minutes Dinamita on Grass's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tony Hallgren who took care of the corner kick. Helge Melin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Imanol Erosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dinamita on Grass:s Vito Castelao showed great skill when he stopped Tony Hallgren:s penalty. 21 minutes into the match, Dinamita on Grass's Imanol Erosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sixten Dahlgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute of the match Dinamita on Grass got a corner. Frogner's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leandro Paredes ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Dinamita on Grass's corner Leandro Paredes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sixten Dahlgren quite easily take care of the ball. Imanol Erosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixten Dahlgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Dinamita on Grass's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leandro Paredes in the 28th minute. If Delmiro Vachon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 31 played minutes Frogner got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Nässén. In the 32nd minute, Imanol Erosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sixten Dahlgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 37th minute of the match, Delmiro Vachon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sixten Dahlgren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Frogner's zone, Imanol Erosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixten Dahlgren came out of the goal and Imanol Erosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sixten Dahlgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Imanol Erosa went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Allan Kilstedt to make the kick off. Imanol Erosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixten Dahlgren having to make a save. 52 minutes into the match, Frogner's goal looked a bit too open when Imanol Erosa came free, but Sixten Dahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vito Castelao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dag Nordlander in the 53rd minute of the match. When Imanol Erosa came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Dinamita on Grass fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Imanol Erosa couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Östen Gunnarsson got free with Vito Castelao in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imanol Erosa in the 61st minute of play forced Frogner's goalkeeper Sixten Dahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Imanol Erosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vito Castelao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Kilstedt in the 64th minute of play. If Imanol Erosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imanol Erosa in the 68th minute of play forced Frogner's goalkeeper Sixten Dahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viktor Stigsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Vito Castelao made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Dinamita on Grass's goal looked a bit too open when Dag Nordlander came free, but Vito Castelao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imanol Erosa took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixten Dahlgren. Sixten Dahlgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dinamita on Grass made a substitution. Amat Serena replaced Imanol Erosa. Dinamita on Grass's Vito Castelao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Dinamita on Grass from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute Mihnea Seremet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Dahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
