Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Crawford Korff got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Chuba Chubba Akpom's zone, Paulo Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixten Lundin came out of the goal and Paulo Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Palestra do Interior's Hudson Sergipano got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Paulo Godoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sixten Lundin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Moisés Matorin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sixten Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixten Lundin came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Palestra do Interior's Paulo Godoi. But to his dismay, Paulo Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Paulo Godoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixten Lundin having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Hudson Sergipano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sixten Lundin. Chuba Chubba Akpom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hudson Sergipano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Sixten Lundin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Palestra do Interior's Hudson Sergipano to fire away a dangerous shot which Sixten Lundin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alexandre Thanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixten Lundin having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Paulo Godoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Sixten Lundin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Hudson Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestra do Interior's supporters rose to their feet, but Hudson Sergipano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixten Lundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the game, Palestra do Interior's Paulo Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixten Lundin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 39 minutes into the game, Paulo Godoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Sixten Lundin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Chuba Chubba Akpom getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ted Eriksson hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Chuba Chubba Akpom's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Godoi came free, but Sixten Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palestra do Interior's Hudson Sergipano got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Hudson Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestra do Interior's supporters rose to their feet, but Hudson Sergipano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixten Lundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Chuba Chubba Akpom's goalkeeper Sixten Lundin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Godoi. Palestra do Interior's 吴洲坚 was substituted for Moisés Matorin. Vitório Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Sixten Lundin made a huge save. Ted Eriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Percival Cruz replaced Niclas Danielsson. After a rather tough play, Chuba Chubba Akpom's Ted Eriksson got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Vitório Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the game, Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixten Lundin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Vitório Lago received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sixten Lundin came out and tried to block the shot, but Vitório Lago slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 73rd minute. Palestra do Interior's Bruninho Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Ahlström in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Chuba Chubba Akpom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. Vitório Lago in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sixten Lundin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Palestra do Interior's Bruninho Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Gunnarsson in the 95th minute of play. The Chuba Chubba Akpom fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palestra do Interior were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
