But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernie Siegel couldn't finish the play. Lisandro Nuñez might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Muamer Fahrić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lisandro Nuñez ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Myles Guy came free, but Dario Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muamer Fahrić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Nuñez in the 18th minute of the match. Dario Astigar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Myles Guy, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 25th minute, Dalmacio Gaitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muamer Fahrić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Nuñez in the 29th minute of play. Čane Devlić hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ernie Siegel didn't quite understand what happened when in the 32 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 39 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Myles Guy came free, but Dario Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SAN LORENZO FC's Hernan Ixidor was substituted for Dalmacio Gaitano. Dario Astigar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Myles Guy's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Rafael Tiniebra charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Tiniebra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gondor FC™ booed when SAN LORENZO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Tiniebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Luciano Guijarro fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gondor FC™'s protests and gave Luciano Guijarro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, Gondor FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Guijarro to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Nuñez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Muamer Fahrić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Lisandro Nuñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gondor FC™ made a substitution. Algitas Jokubaitis replaced Myles Guy. In the 72nd minute, Aca Gvozdić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muamer Fahrić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Nuñez in the 78th minute. Lisandro Nuñez came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Muamer Fahrić could save by the left post. In the 89th match minute, SAN LORENZO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernie Siegel to maneuver through the defense.
