Poul Stanković received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mike Cassar Torreggiani came out and tried to block the shot, but Poul Stanković slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Bebeto Gaúcho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Blåvitt's Mike Cassar Torreggiani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poul Stanković in the 22nd minute of play. Mike Cassar Torreggiani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Poul Stanković in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Boomer Fc booed when Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Vallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After 60 minutes Blåvitt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Taha Bilgiç who took care of the corner kick. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mike Cassar Torreggiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bebeto Gaúcho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Boomer Fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
