In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cosa nostra Lyon's goalkeeper Kryspin Cupial, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Félicien Boidin might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Battal Seyyit Tunçhan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Battal Seyyit Tunçhan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Félicien Boidin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. Battal Seyyit Tunçhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Quintana in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hektor Dino made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Félicien Boidin in the 94th minute of play forced Fort Comme Un Turc's goalkeeper Battal Seyyit Tunçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cosa nostra Lyon fully deserved thier win.
