In the 7th minute, Carlos Saúl Recalde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cafu Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germano Mota in the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Uberlandia-DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Recife came free, but Artur Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Oséas Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pedro Paulo Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uberlandia-DMZ's protests and gave Pedro Paulo Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice moves Germano Mota could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Artur Lima however easily saved by the left post. A hard shot 30 in the game by Carlos Saúl Recalde from a close distance when the talented Artur Lima managed to make a qualified save. Uberlandia-DMZ's players were relieved. Uberlandia-DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Germano Mota scored to the left of an out of position Artur Lima, making the score, 4-0. Until Five's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uberlandia-DMZ the free kick. Jardel de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Zynek, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Carlos Saúl Recalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oséas Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Artur Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oséas Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Carlos Saúl Recalde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Carlos Saúl Recalde made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Until Five's Germano Mota made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Lima was left in no man's land by his defense there! 54 minutes into the game, Until Five's Carlos Saúl Recalde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Lima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 56th minute Oséas Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Lima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70thth minute of the game Carlos Saúl Recalde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uberlandia-DMZ's Artur Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laércio Montenegro took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Lima. Artur Lima dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After some careless play in the Uberlandia-DMZ defense, Germano Mota kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Lima. The Uberlandia-DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Lima should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Uberlandia-DMZ getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ben Zynek hit a great ball. Pedro Paulo Bueno hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Uberlandia-DMZ defense, Oséas Recife kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Lima. The Uberlandia-DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Lima should have stopped the shot. Jardel de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Zynek in the 87th minute of play. Artur Lima came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Until Five's Germano Mota. But to his dismay, Germano Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. In the 91st match minute, Uberlandia-DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Paulo Bueno to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute Germano Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
