Domingos Dolcet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nurtekin Sami went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Forest Green's goalkeeper Domingos Dolcet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domingos Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Di Xu in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Πυργετός Fc's Lucho Putin got control of the ball when Peter Lundström tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Emanuel Bergfelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forest Green's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Bergfelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Song Di Xu might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Dolcet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Song Di Xu ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Di Xu in the 22nd minute of play forced Forest Green's goalkeeper Domingos Dolcet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes, Jem Jajecznica made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Πυργετός Fc's Lucho Putin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Lisandro Loreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forest Green's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Loreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucho Putin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Forest Green's Domingos Dolcet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Song Di Xu in the 32nd minute of play. Πυργετός Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thanos Kalikis in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Thanos Kalikis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Domingos Dolcet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Πυργετός Fc fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Πυργετός Fc's Song Di Xu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Song Di Xu in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Dolcet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Πυργετός Fc booed when Forest Green was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Ignazio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Song Di Xu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domingos Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song Di Xu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Gora in the 73rd minute of play forced Πυργετός Fc's goalkeeper Lucho Putin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Forest Green's goal looked a bit too open when Song Di Xu came free, but Domingos Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Forest Green were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Πυργετός Fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Enzo Gora took the corner. Forest Green's Enzo Gora got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingos Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Di Xu in the 83rd minute of play. Domingos Dolcet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thanos Kalikis in the 86th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Song Di Xu in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Dolcet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute Πυργετός Fc were awarded a corner. Thanos Kalikis went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Πυργετός Fc's corner Petros Moschogiannis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Domingos Dolcet quite easily take care of the ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Forest Green's goalkeeper Domingos Dolcet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domingos Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Di Xu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jem Jajecznica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
