Jeremy Blomme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Petre Caramarin made a great header on Creer Para Ver's corner, it was just that Nacional Potosí's Jeremy Blomme managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 16th minute César Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Blomme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Castro in the 17th minute of play forced Nacional Potosí's goalkeeper Jeremy Blomme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Creer Para Ver's goalkeeper Gu Yuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wyatt Jeffers. Petre Caramarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and César Castro made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Nacional Potosí got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Carballo. Jeremy Blomme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Castro in the 51st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Nahia got free with Jeremy Blomme in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the game, Allan Laguna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Creer Para Ver's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional Potosí the free kick.
