Florencio Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Florencio Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregório Neiva in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Teofilo Kelemen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eriberto Bonadona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes into the match, CAM Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gregório Neiva came free, but Florencio Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Bonadona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Kelemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Gregório Neiva scored 2-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florencio Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santiago Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Idacio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arnaldo Idacio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Bonadona having to make a save. 56 minutes into the match, CAM Football Club's Arnaldo Idacio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Bonadona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute Teofilo Kelemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Bonadona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Wilfredo Gelmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CAM Football Club's Simon Izel was substituted for Arnaldo Idacio. CAM Football Club made a substitution. Angelo Isusko replaced Apolo Bikendi.
