Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Rudolf Dörr successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 8th minute, Justin Schaffert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rudolf Dörr stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinaldo de Alcântara's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 12 played minutes Outer Space FC got a freekick which was hit by Justin Schaffert. 13 minutes into the match, Tomás Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudolf Dörr. Outer Space FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 18 played minutes Mundial EC got a freekick which was hit by Manfredo Aguiar. With his leg Rudolf Dörr managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Mundial EC's Tomás Senna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Outer Space FC's Justin Schaffert got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tomás Senna in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rudolf Dörr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Senna to strike the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo de Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudolf Dörr read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. After 54 minutes, Reinaldo de Alcântara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mundial EC and the Outer Space FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Reinaldo de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rudolf Dörr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mundial EC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinaldo de Alcântara in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rudolf Dörr saved Outer Space FC from getting behind. Manolo Hofmann hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 73 minutes Manfredo Aguiar shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Rudolf Dörr when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Tomás Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rudolf Dörr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justin Schaffert during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Outer Space FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Schaffert to maneuver through the defense. Reinaldo de Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Rudolf Dörr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mundial EC. Rudolf Dörr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. If Reinaldo de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Tomás Senna sped through Outer Space FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rudolf Dörr.
