Alexander Hedin struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Serafino Ferran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BARBARIDADE G.M.. Serafino Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BARBARIDADE G.M. were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Hortensia FCG's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Fábio Velasco took the corner. The corner ended in Luiz Fábio Velasco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hortensia FCG's Serafino Ferran did a great save. Maurinho Hermes scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafino Ferran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 15th play minutes Alexander Hedin shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Serafino Ferran and just under the crossbar into goal. Serafino Ferran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerônimo Moreno went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Alexander Hedin in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hortensia FCG's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Jerônimo Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafino Ferran. Hortensia FCG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerônimo Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 37 minutes into the game, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Jerônimo Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafino Ferran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 39th match minute, Hortensia FCG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Llorenc to maneuver through the defense. Maurinho Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Maurinho Hermes made a precise shot to the right of Serafino Ferran. Hortensia FCG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. If Jerônimo Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alexander Hedin made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Hortensia FCG's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Hermes came free, but Serafino Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Jerônimo Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th match minute, Hortensia FCG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Urdin to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Araújo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 69 minutes, Delmar Quico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hortensia FCG and the BARBARIDADE G.M. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hortensia FCG! Luiz Fábio Velasco shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in Hortensia FCG's zone, Dário Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Ferran came out of the goal and Dário Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Urdin during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, one of Hortensia FCG:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hortensia FCG. In the 82nd minute Alexander Hedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Jerônimo Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafino Ferran. Hortensia FCG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerônimo Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Alexander Hedin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Serafino Ferran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerônimo Moreno kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 89thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Hortensia FCG's keeper Serafino Ferran was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Dário Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes, Delfim Vargas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BARBARIDADE G.M. and the Hortensia FCG players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hortensia FCG booed when BARBARIDADE G.M. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Ramirez in the 98th minute of play forced BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goalkeeper De-la-Cruz de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded BARBARIDADE G.M. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hortensia FCG.
