An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamílton Pena in the 2nd minute of play forced AVV Zeeburgia's goalkeeper Chiel Wilson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dave Cales during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes AVV Zeeburgia got a freekick which was hit by Dave Cales. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Valério Donatello successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 26th minute, Hamílton Pena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chiel Wilson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 30th minute Matías de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiel Wilson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute Turgut Zor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiel Wilson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Hamílton Pena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chiel Wilson. AVV Zeeburgia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamílton Pena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Chiel Wilson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Zor in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Turgut Zor was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the AVV Zeeburgia defense, Turgut Zor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chiel Wilson. The AVV Zeeburgia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chiel Wilson should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, AVV Zeeburgia's Chiel Wilson got control of the ball when Turgut Zor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chiel Wilson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Turgut Zor in the 65th minute. The Queluzito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. 73 minutes into the match, AVV Zeeburgia's goalkeeper Chiel Wilson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Zor. Queluzito's Fidel Florian was substituted for Armandinho de Andrade. After a rather tough play, AVV Zeeburgia's Erben Schaars got a free kick in the 94th minute. Queluzito's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
