Marcelo Galvão made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Aureliusz Dziuma sent off a good shot on target. The referee ignored Itajaí Football Club's protests and gave Rubens Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. Rubens Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ante Todo Mucha Calma made a substitution. Ermegildo Enol replaced Eustacio Maurino. In the 77th match minute, Itajaí Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubens Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Andre Verdonk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Galvão having to interfere. Ante Todo Mucha Calma's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
