With an all-out effort, Herberia Herons's Lin Hong Song threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aldo Tocchetto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giuseppe Basso got free with Lin Hong Song in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerzy Niedbalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Diego Mian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Jerzy Niedbalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Mian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Niedbalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Mian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Lin Hong Song successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Herberia Herons's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Loukas Karaliopoulos was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Czermno's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ronny Åman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Herberia Herons's Diego Mian did a great save. 27 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Mian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lin Hong Song showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuseppe Basso in the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Jerzy Niedbalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Mian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerzy Niedbalski scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Mian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerzy Niedbalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Mian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Herberia Herons's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. During this time FC Czermno's players had a chance to rest. 41 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Tocchetto came free, but Lin Hong Song reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Herberia Herons defense, Jerzy Niedbalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Mian. The Herberia Herons fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Mian should have stopped the shot.

FC Czermno's Lin Hong Song played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Tocchetto in the 52nd minute of play. FC Czermno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Loukas Karaliopoulos in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Mian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jerzy Niedbalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Mian having to interfere. Diego Mian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Niedbalski in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Basso in the 90th minute of play forced FC Czermno's goalkeeper Lin Hong Song to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Herberia Herons supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Czermno's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Czermno.
