México Eterno MZC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diego Ribas in the 10th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Jailson Aparecido successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 15th minute, Gabri Martin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristide Ciuvică in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Aristide Ciuvică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Bernaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the Dep Colonia Avellaneda defense, Richart Richardsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victoriano Bernaldo. The Dep Colonia Avellaneda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victoriano Bernaldo should have stopped the shot. The supporters of México Eterno MZC booed when Dep Colonia Avellaneda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter San Juan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Aristide Ciuvică got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Dep Colonia Avellaneda players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. México Eterno MZC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aristide Ciuvică made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richart Richardsson in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Bernaldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. México Eterno MZC made a substitution. Alfredo Zonta replaced Richart Richardsson. After a rather tough play, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Gaudencio Ferrer got a free kick in the 57th minute. Alfredo Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Bernaldo having to interfere. In the 62nd minute México Eterno MZC were awarded a corner. Diego Ribas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led México Eterno MZC's Alfredo Zonta to a score. 0-3 in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Aristide Ciuvică managed to get in a good position for a shot. México Eterno MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristide Ciuvică was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Bernaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. México Eterno MZC's Petter Danielsson was substituted for Ignacio Quiroga. Kaineus Giannacopulos hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mariano Silbestre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Bernaldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Zonta's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Alfredo Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, México Eterno MZC's Aristide Ciuvică dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Victoriano Bernaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Zonta in the 93rd minute. The México Eterno MZC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
