Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Trond Bjørheim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Szüczs in the 12th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Dum Dum Boys Athletics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrinho Geromel to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Alfonsi came free, but Trond Bjørheim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trond Bjørheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Alfonsi in the 19th minute of the match. Trond Bjørheim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jon-Inge Kvalvåg charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jon-Inge Kvalvåg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dum Dum Boys Athletics fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The referee gave FV Wienerwald a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anfilogino Alfonsi to make the kick off. A collision led to FV Wienerwald getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sascha Pichorner hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niks Mus in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Mallinger saved FV Wienerwald from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Szüczs in the 57th minute of play forced Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goalkeeper Trond Bjørheim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steffen Eisenheld got free with Trond Bjørheim in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Szüczs in the 62nd minute of play forced Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goalkeeper Trond Bjørheim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes FV Wienerwald's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adam Svenningsen who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Adam Svenningsen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcel Mallinger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adam Svenningsen's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Marcel Mallinger - 2-3 was put on the score board in the 68th minute. In the 79th minute, Kim Rehmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute of the match Adam Svenningsen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcel Mallinger skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as FV Wienerwald's Ralf Szüczs slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Trond Bjørheim. That made the score 2-4 after 85 minutes of play. After 88 minutes, Dag Liseth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dum Dum Boys Athletics and the FV Wienerwald players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Dag Liseth got a free kick in the 88th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FV Wienerwald had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
