In the 79th minute Maicon Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Sefastsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. National Team Cape-Verde's Max Skarkman was substituted for Fredric Melander. The throw-in from Olimpiu Pușcașu in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by National Team Cape-Verde's Mariusz Snow. Pindorama Eagles supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching National Team Cape-Verde's performance.
