After a rather tough play, FC Maci -MM-'s Demetrio Farese got a free kick in the 10th minute. Yong 夏侯渊 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's zone, Sami Zübeyr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Casillas came out of the goal and Sami Zübeyr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. 康浩挺 hit a great ball. Vladimir Kramnik was a little too slow when Xie Cheng Xiao got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 81st minute, Babbis Papanicolaou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Maci -MM-'s Carl-Rune Emmenegger shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 82nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Iker Casillas but with some difficulty. 85 minutes into the match, ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's Xie Cheng Xiao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimir Kramnik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, FC Maci -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Voicu to maneuver through the defense. Vladimir Kramnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Cheng Xiao in the 91st minute of the match.
