Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Funes in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miromir Rydzewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filip Jandryca. 29 minutes into the match, Juan Funes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miromir Rydzewski. KoLiber's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Funes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Filip Jandryca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Barovero having to interfere. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Bielski in the 36th minute of play. KoLiber were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after River CBBA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cyprian Cieslak took the corner. The corner ended in Cyprian Cieslak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero did a great save. Fritz Asmundsson tried in the game's 37th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Marcelo Barovero. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. Endura Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Miromir Rydzewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Iwo Budrewicz made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match River CBBA got a corner. KoLiber's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guerau Abeitia ran over to the corner to take the kick. Riho Hindpere tried in the game's 53rd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Miromir Rydzewski. An annoying self made goal, 1-2. Juan Funes scored 1-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miromir Rydzewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in KoLiber's zone, Juan Funes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miromir Rydzewski came out of the goal and Juan Funes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, KoLiber was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ibrahim Nezirović to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, KoLiber's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Funes came free, but Miromir Rydzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Juan Funes managed to get in a good position for a shot. River CBBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Funes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miromir Rydzewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. River CBBA made a substitution. Santiago Solari replaced Endura Abechuco. Miromir Rydzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Funes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miromir Rydzewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Riho Hindpere in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Barovero saved River CBBA from getting behind. KoLiber's Miromir Rydzewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save KoLiber from getting a goal against them. Miromir Rydzewski made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Boğaçhan Akyel sent off a good shot on target. River CBBA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
