Robert Cerocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis in the 3rd minute of play. Allan Corrigan struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Robert Cerocki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panionios MK. 7 minutes into the game, Danilo Arlo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Panionios MK's Omiros Maniatis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ramon Kemen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alketas Bourouselos having to make a save. Alketas Bourouselos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Danilo Arlo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Themos Leontiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Themos Leontiadis struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Robert Cerocki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panionios MK. 29 minutes into the game, Allan Corrigan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Robert Cerocki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Themos Leontiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Cerocki having to interfere. Robert Cerocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Rondeau's goal looked a bit too open when Themos Leontiadis came free, but Robert Cerocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Themos Leontiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Cerocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The supporters of Panionios MK booed when Rondeau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Kemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Themos Leontiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Themos Leontiadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rondeau made a substitution. Benjamin Arixo replaced Feliciano Felipo. Jeronimo Ramond made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cesar Dalmai. 71 minutes into the match, Allan Corrigan notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Rondeau's Robert Cerocki. Robert Cerocki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rondeau's Eleuterio Guerau was substituted for Braulio Totakoxe. In the 75th match minute, Rondeau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorino Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Argyris Ksagorarakis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rondeau's Robert Cerocki didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Dalmai in the 78th minute of play forced Panionios MK's goalkeeper Alketas Bourouselos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jeronimo Ramond, made in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 86th minute of the match, Themos Leontiadis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robert Cerocki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Robert Cerocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Corrigan in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Themos Leontiadis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Robert Cerocki, passed just outside the right post. In the 93rd minute, Themos Leontiadis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panionios MK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After a rather tough play, Panionios MK's Argyris Ksagorarakis got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Rondeau fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panionios MK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
