Kalvi Hani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, FC Viplala's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Botelho came free, but Kalvi Hani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of 27 de Mayo booed when FC Viplala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ennu Ainsaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Germán Cano in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalvi Hani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Germán Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogério Soberano made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Laur Veeru sent off a good shot on target. Rogério Soberano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Jaani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germán Cano in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Viplala's goalkeeper Kalvi Hani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Viplala defense, Germán Cano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kalvi Hani. The FC Viplala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kalvi Hani should have stopped the shot. Germán Cano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laur Veeru charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laur Veeru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes FC Viplala got a freekick which was hit by Laur Veeru. In the 48th minute, Ennu Ainsaar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Viplala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Germán Cano made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as 27 de Mayo's Germán Cano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kalvi Hani. That made the score 1-3 after 53 minutes of play. 56 minutes into the match, Germán Cano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kalvi Hani. FC Viplala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Germán Cano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 64th minute, Ponce Cruzado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the game, Edmílson Mattos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 27 de Mayo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Viplala the free kick. After 84 played minutes FC Viplala got a freekick which was hit by Nistor Chelaru. Rogério Soberano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jürgen Jaani in the 86th minute of play. In the last second Kalvi Hani throw himself and got hold of the ball when Hélder Severo in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The 27 de Mayo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
