Rune Rundhaug's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alican Kızıl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Alican Kızıl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Rundhaug in the 5th minute of the match. Alican Kızıl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Rundhaug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to mixednutz XI getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Mikael Lundblad hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Alka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Hagland came free, but Alican Kızıl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alican Kızıl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans-Petter Phan's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute Rune Rundhaug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alican Kızıl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Alka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Rundhaug came free, but Alican Kızıl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Hans-Petter Phan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alican Kızıl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alican Kızıl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Rundhaug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alka FC's goalkeeper Alican Kızıl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alka FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rune Rundhaug was slow to take the kick. During this time mixednutz XI's players had a chance to rest. Frode Koch made a great header on mixednutz XI's corner, it was just that Alka FC's Alican Kızıl managed to reach the ball for a save. Alican Kızıl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frode Koch in the 37th minute of the match. Rune Rundhaug might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alican Kızıl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rune Rundhaug ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, mixednutz XI's Erik Brenna got control of the ball when Tugay Dokuzer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Rune Rundhaug who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alka FC's Alican Kızıl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alican Kızıl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rune Rundhaug's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desiderio Maidana was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, mixednutz XI's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Maidana came free, but Erik Brenna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Brenna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tugay Dokuzer in the 54th minute of the match. When mixednutz XI's Rune Rundhaug in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rune Rundhaug got free with Alican Kızıl in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Maidana in the 84th minute of play forced mixednutz XI's goalkeeper Erik Brenna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rune Rundhaug recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Alka FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching mixednutz XI's performance. The match ended with a win for mixednutz XI.
