Viriato Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessio Borrelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alessio Borrelli scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viriato Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alessio Borrelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Viriato Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iosif Briolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viriato Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Borrelli in the 28th minute of the match. Los Delfines were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ciriaco Selmo took the corner. Los Delfines's Clemente Gonzalez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Viriato Cruz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 31 minutes into the match, Egemen Tuna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matías Patrone. Los Delfines's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egemen Tuna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thymios Pantoflaras in the 38th minute of play. Iosif Briolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matías Patrone having to interfere.

A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Hilario Asteri hit a great ball. Dani Cáceres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kyriakos Georgopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Delfines's Francisco Ascencio was substituted for Saverio Regis. Los Delfines's Victor Jerrold was substituted for Clemente Gonzalez. Matías Patrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyriakos Georgopoulos in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Dani Cáceres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Delfines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dani Cáceres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alketas Anastasakos hit a great ball. Viriato Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Urbez's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Iosif Briolas kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Belmiro da Fonseca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Viriato Cruz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 83 minutes into the game, Gilberto Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Delfines the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th match minute, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alketas Anastasakos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's zone, Lucas Urbez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viriato Cruz came out of the goal and Lucas Urbez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matías Patrone was a little too slow when Apostolis Stamatelopoulos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-2. 94 minutes into the game, Egemen Tuna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Matías Patrone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
