Dariusz Grondzki hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Brayden McPaul dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zbyszko Leper, 1-0. If Ceferino Odol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. Zbyszko Leper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ryan Giggs went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Ryan Giggs came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicklas Lindström scored 2-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernanco Muslera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Emotep SK defense, Ceferino Odol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernanco Muslera. The Emotep SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernanco Muslera should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ryan Giggs to make the kick off. This resulted in a 2-5 score and a disappointed Fernanco Muslera as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 82nd minute of the match, Ceferino Odol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernanco Muslera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of BYDGOSTIA booed when Emotep SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Caller didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Mariusz Warka notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of Emotep SK's Fernanco Muslera.
