The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Cosme Haitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stardust Unicorns XI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlethico Talleres the free kick. A collision led to Stardust Unicorns XI getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Cosme Haitz hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Attila Kádár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basilio Jobo was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 6 minutes into the match, Filomeno Pasqual notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Stardust Unicorns XI's Rocky Thunderbolt. Rocky Thunderbolt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Basilio Jobo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attila Kádár in the 14th minute. After some careless play in the Stardust Unicorns XI defense, Ranko Kvarantan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rocky Thunderbolt. The Stardust Unicorns XI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rocky Thunderbolt should have stopped the shot. Rocky Thunderbolt came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlethico Talleres's Ranko Kvarantan. But to his dismay, Ranko Kvarantan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Rocky Thunderbolt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ranko Kvarantan, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Ranko Kvarantan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rocky Thunderbolt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play.

Rocky Thunderbolt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stardust Unicorns XI's Rocky Thunderbolt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Stardust Unicorns XI from getting a goal against them. Roman Jakes hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Rocky Thunderbolt was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Ranko Kvarantan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ranko Kvarantan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After a rather tough play, Stardust Unicorns XI's Wen Zhi got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Ranko Kvarantan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Rocky Thunderbolt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute, Sixto Odon made a precise shot to the right of Rocky Thunderbolt. Stardust Unicorns XI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Sixto Odons short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Rocky Thunderbolt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 83rd minute, Ranko Kvarantan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rocky Thunderbolt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Aktaç Tansan kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno Pasqual got free with Rocky Thunderbolt in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
