After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Murilo Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot. AF CERRADO's supporters rose to their feet, but Murilo Lucas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Abad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oskar Beckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Pombo in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad got control of the ball when Murilo Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Murilo Lucas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but David Abad made a huge save. In the 27th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Hermes to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Danell Mackiathan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oskar Beckström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Lucas in the 31st minute of play. After 32 minutes, Turgut Soyuer made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. AF CERRADO's Oskar Beckström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Oskar Beckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danell Mackiathan in the 35th minute of the match. Oskar Beckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Pombo in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Luan Pombo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Beckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Chinese CJ Youth Academy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Turgut Soyuer was the one to do the kick off. Oskar Beckström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, one of Chinese CJ Youth Academy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chinese CJ Youth Academy. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for AF CERRADO. Jaime Pombal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving David Abad. 1-1. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Lucjan Falkiewicz was substituted for Danell Mackiathan. Oskar Beckström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Turgut Soyuer went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Turgut Soyuer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Oskar Beckström made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Oskar Beckström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 74th minute, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Turgut Soyuer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. AF CERRADO's Elano Tande was substituted for Pedro Lopez. David Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 79th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Abad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 82nd minute of the match, Turgut Soyuer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oskar Beckström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th minute, Turgut Soyuer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oskar Beckström. The goal made the score 2-4. Oskar Beckström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Turgut Soyuer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 92 minute of play. Turgut Soyuer struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Oskar Beckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chinese CJ Youth Academy. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chinese CJ Youth Academy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
