An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Şoimaru in the 23rd minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Vânderson Saa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dale Dolar scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helmuth Duckadam, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vlad Milcoveanu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Dale Dolar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Helmuth Duckadam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Helmuth Duckadam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Dolar in the 33rd minute of play. Helmuth Duckadam stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Dolar's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Dale Dolar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. Vama Veche ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dale Dolar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Dale Dolar might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmuth Duckadam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dale Dolar ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Tănăsocă was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Dale Dolar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dale Dolar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Dale Dolar made a precise shot to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. Vama Veche ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Clóvis Vieira hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the game, Dale Dolar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Helmuth Duckadam. Dale Dolar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 61st play minute Dale Dolar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Helmuth Duckadam. 0-7. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Arí Paraibano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Helmuth Duckadam in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Helmuth Duckadam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Dolar in the 71st minute. With a little luck, Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam got control of the ball when Dale Dolar tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 76 in the game by Dale Dolar from a close distance when the talented Helmuth Duckadam managed to make a qualified save. Vama Veche ™'s players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Dale Dolar took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Helmuth Duckadam to make any attempt to save it. In the 82nd minute, Dale Dolar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Helmuth Duckadam. The goal made the score 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Helmuth Duckadam. That made the score 0-10 after 86 minutes of play. Arí Paraibano hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Daniel Tănăsocă was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Helmuth Duckadam didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dale Dolar went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Helmuth Duckadam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Dolar in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute of the match Barcellos Mineiro FC got a corner. Vama Veche ™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arí Paraibano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Barcellos Mineiro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
