The supporters of Yupandú FC booed when Wolf Team AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Alveal didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Eloy Betadur led 14 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Wolf Team AC's Jerardo Fiedler became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. Astor Efren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Suazo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Wolf Team AC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Enaut came free, but Jerardo Fiedler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Marcelino Enaut sped through Wolf Team AC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jerardo Fiedler. With a little luck, Yupandú FC's Astor Efren got control of the ball when Humberto Suazo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Mamoun Boamah made a precise shot to the right of Astor Efren. Yupandú FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-5. Wolf Team AC's Jerardo Fiedler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Frutos in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Jose Miguel Chaparro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 5-5 when Raul Ibar sped through Yupandú FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Astor Efren. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
