Neville Peach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefanos Terzopoulos in the 9th minute of the match. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Stefanos Terzopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Esmeraldas S.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ghitã Fratea hit a great ball. Neville Peach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Volkan in the 15th minute of play. Amputees FC's Neville Peach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Maftei in the 16th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Stefanos Terzopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes Amputees FC got a freekick which was hit by Berne Royans. Martinez Cines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Neville Peach made a huge save. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Aguinaga Nebot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carleton Howie in the 84th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Carleton Howie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amputees FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
