The nice shot from Spyros Dimitriou in the 3rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but José Pedro Bertassi had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Botafogo AP's José Pedro Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Raftis in the 7th minute of play. Stamatis Bountos came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Botafogo AP's Wiliam Couto. But to his dismay, Wiliam Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Wiliam Couto might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stamatis Bountos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiliam Couto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th match minute, Botafogo AP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Barral to maneuver through the defense. Konstantinos Psalidas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Botafogo AP's goalkeeper José Pedro Bertassi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Spyros Dimitriou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Pedro Bertassi. Botafogo AP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Spyros Dimitriou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Spyros Dimitriou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but José Pedro Bertassi made a huge save. Wiliam Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bad Company's zone, Wiliam Couto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stamatis Bountos came out of the goal and Wiliam Couto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Pedro Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Raftis in the 32nd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Botafogo AP's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Raftis came free, but José Pedro Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Bad Company's Alexis Polymerou was substituted for Michalis Katsaros. Giorgos Krontiras made a great header on FC Bad Company's corner, it was just that Botafogo AP's José Pedro Bertassi managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giorgos Raftis to make the kick off. Spyros Dimitriou struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. José Pedro Bertassi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bad Company. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spyros Dimitriou in the 56th minute of play forced Botafogo AP's goalkeeper José Pedro Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Pedro Bertassi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Spyros Dimitriou's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Stamatis Bountos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Raftis in the 71st minute of play forced Botafogo AP's goalkeeper José Pedro Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giorgos Raftis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Pedro Bertassi having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiliam Couto got free with Stamatis Bountos in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Bad Company's Stamatis Bountos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Couto in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Giorgos Raftis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Botafogo AP's Stamatis Bountos threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wiliam Couto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 93 minutes into the match, Botafogo AP's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Raftis came free, but José Pedro Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Reinaldo Kellogg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Botafogo AP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bad Company the free kick. Reinaldo Kellogg kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Botafogo AP made a substitution. Sakarias Johansson replaced Reinaldo Kellogg. In the 97th match minute, Botafogo AP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Kellogg to maneuver through the defense.
