After a defensive mix-up in American Top Team's zone, Laureano Cresenciano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarrett Rosenberg came out of the goal and Laureano Cresenciano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Cresenciano in the 13th minute of play forced American Top Team's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tudor Greavu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarrett Rosenberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, American Top Team's Garth Dotson got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mihăiţă Șeicaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarrett Rosenberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, FC BaLiSt's Laureano Cresenciano made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarrett Rosenberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jarrett Rosenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Cresenciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Aron Olteanu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Greavu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarrett Rosenberg saved American Top Team from getting behind. The corner led FC BaLiSt's Aron Olteanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Jarrett Rosenberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Laureano Cresenciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarrett Rosenberg was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The supporters of FC BaLiSt booed when American Top Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zack Herman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Olimpiu Mercescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC BaLiSt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olimpiu Mercescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grigore Zberea in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarrett Rosenberg saved American Top Team from getting behind. The supporters of American Top Team booed when FC BaLiSt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihăiţă Șeicaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Laureano Cresenciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jarrett Rosenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 55 minutes, Andy Macias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the American Top Team and the FC BaLiSt players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes American Top Team got a freekick which was hit by Andy Macias. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Laureano Cresenciano put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Laureano Cresenciano put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg. FC BaLiSt's Traian Nanu was substituted for Mihăiţă Șeicaru. 69 minutes into the game, Tudor Greavu lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Jarrett Rosenberg. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Laureano Cresenciano put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg. Tudor Greavu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Cresenciano in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. FC BaLiSt were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after American Top Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aron Olteanu took the corner. If Olimpiu Mercescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The American Top Team fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC BaLiSt were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
