After 36 minutes Youth Academy Of Rhye's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eduardo Rodrigues who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ's corner Eduardo Rodrigues fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Vallin quite easily take care of the ball. In the 38th match minute, CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Lema to maneuver through the defense. Astor Natanael was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kurt Hamrin. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Rodrigues stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ played a much better game than Youth Academy Of Rhye and deserved their victory. The Youth Academy Of Rhye players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
