Nando Medeiros hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Verner Nordin scored 4-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Bartoli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Rigoberto Argider made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Bartoli. Duendes Verdes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Rigoberto Argider's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Gilberto Bartoli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rigoberto Argider received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Argider in the 34th minute of play forced Duendes Verdes's goalkeeper Gilberto Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Duendes Verdes's Gilberto Bartoli got control of the ball when Rigoberto Argider tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Argider scored 7-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Bartoli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54thth minute of the game Rigoberto Argider who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Duendes Verdes's Gilberto Bartoli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilberto Bartoli came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Argider quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 59 minutes into the match, Verner Nordin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Bartoli. Duendes Verdes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Verner Nordin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Gilberto Bartoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rigoberto Argider's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Argider cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Gilberto Bartoli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 69 minutes of play, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilberto Bartoli was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Argider notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Duendes Verdes's Gilberto Bartoli. Gilberto Bartoli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute Rigoberto Argider shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Argider in the 82nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Duendes Verdes defense, Rigoberto Argider kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilberto Bartoli. The Duendes Verdes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Bartoli should have stopped the shot. After 91 minutes, Rigoberto Argider made it 15-0 with a short kick to the right side. Duendes Verdes's Gilberto Bartoli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Rigoberto Argider ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Bartoli was frozen by the shot and now it was 16-0. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
