Angelo Pessoa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo de Godoi having to make a save. Angelo Pessoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Teodoro Freire cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Gustavo de Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Pessoa was the one to do the kick off. Angelo Pessoa might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo de Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Pessoa got free with Gustavo de Godoi in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 played minutes AM United got a freekick which was hit by João Osório. 88 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Gustavo de Godoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Pessoa. After a rather tough play, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Arthur Barbosa got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Nikos Christou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Angelo Pessoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AM United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Pessoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded AM United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A.D.PADRE MIGUEL.
