The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gustavo Boldrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Rainerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Santo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6th play minutes Bonifacio Rainerio shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Gustavo Boldrini and just under the crossbar into goal. Bonifacio Rainerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Manotham Grandessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Myroslav Akymenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Galicia Lviv's Sergiy Dudnyk got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, FC Galicia Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Rainerio came free, but Gustavo Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes FC Galicia Lviv's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santo Arce who took care of the corner kick. Tomás Goiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Boldrini having to interfere. If Bonifacio Rainerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute of the match, Santo Arce tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gustavo Boldrini saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Tomás Goiz came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Chaco For Ever fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Goiz couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Sergiy Loboyko made the kick off in the second half. Sergiy Dudnyk's late challenge caught a Chaco For Ever's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergiy Dudnyk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Sergiy Dudnyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Paulo Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Boldrini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Goiz's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Chaco For Ever's Bonifacio Rainerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustavo Boldrini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Chaco For Ever's Santo Arce to fire away a dangerous shot which Gustavo Boldrini despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 60 minutes FC Galicia Lviv's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santo Arce who took care of the corner kick. Luiz Paulo Teles was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gustavo Boldrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Rainerio in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, FC Galicia Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Eufrasio came free, but Gustavo Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Boldrini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gustavo Boldrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Arce in the 72nd minute of play. Santo Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Boldrini having to interfere. Manotham Grandessa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danylo Zayets in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo Teles in the 81st minute of play forced FC Galicia Lviv's goalkeeper Gustavo Boldrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Myroslav Akymenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manotham Grandessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Boldrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Goiz in the 85th minute of the match. Chaco For Ever made a substitution. Federico Belarmo replaced Tomás Goiz. Chaco For Ever's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
