After some careless play in the Krivé hnáty defense, Johnny Jacquemet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grzegorz Szamotulski. The Krivé hnáty fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grzegorz Szamotulski should have stopped the shot. The corner led Krivé hnáty's Ádám Erdei to fire away a dangerous shot which Silvestre Derwin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. En Avant Nikko's Silvestre Derwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fu Yong Ling in the 15th minute of play. Silvestre Derwin came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Krivé hnáty's Fu Yong Ling. But to his dismay, Fu Yong Ling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Malcom Fournie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grzegorz Szamotulski was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Silvestre Derwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ádám Erdei in the 22nd minute of the match. Grzegorz Szamotulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Sellberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When En Avant Nikko's Gösta Sellberg in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Krivé hnáty's goalie prevented a goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Gösta Sellberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Krivé hnáty's Grzegorz Szamotulski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the match, En Avant Nikko's Johnny Jacquemet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grzegorz Szamotulski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manilan Monterrey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Silvestre Derwin made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Gösta Sellberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grzegorz Szamotulski was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Gürol Yengi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Derwin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manilan Monterrey's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Gürol Yengi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Krivé hnáty's Grzegorz Szamotulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Sellberg in the 39th minute of play. Silvestre Derwin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fu Yong Ling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manilan Monterrey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Krivé hnáty's Manilan Monterrey in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye En Avant Nikko's goalie prevented a goal. After 52 played minutes Krivé hnáty got a freekick which was hit by Silvan Zeiher. In the 53rdth minute of the game Gösta Sellberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Krivé hnáty's Grzegorz Szamotulski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Gösta Sellberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. En Avant Nikko's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Krivé hnáty the free kick. Silvestre Derwin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manilan Monterrey in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, En Avant Nikko's Malcom Fournie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grzegorz Szamotulski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Didier Têtu kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Juraj Sklár hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, En Avant Nikko's Johnny Jacquemet got a free kick in the 69th minute. Silvestre Derwin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ádám Erdei in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Gösta Sellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gösta Sellberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grzegorz Szamotulski was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. En Avant Nikko made a substitution. Mourad Durieu replaced Vincent Becker. In the 77th minute En Avant Nikko were awarded a corner. Didier Têtu went to the cornerflag to take it. If Malcom Fournie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvestre Derwin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manilan Monterrey, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 86 minutes into the match, Manilan Monterrey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Derwin. En Avant Nikko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manilan Monterrey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 90 minutes into the match, En Avant Nikko's goal looked a bit too open when Manilan Monterrey came free, but Silvestre Derwin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Mourad Durieu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
