João Carlos Paraíba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 19 minutes into the match, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Santa Luis came free, but João Carlos Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Luan Saraiva fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Luan Saraiva a yellow card for diving instead. Santa Luis made a great header on The Old Boys's corner, it was just that Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's João Carlos Paraíba managed to reach the ball for a save. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivo de Mendonça stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
