Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Kai Østbye charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kai Østbye the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Kai Østbye. Slawomir Cholewa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Markham, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Slawomir Cholewa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Markham in the 6th minute of play. Emanuel Markham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slawomir Cholewa having to interfere. When Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Astral's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Markham during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Markham in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Slawomir Cholewa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Sowa in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Frode Tobiassen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Slawomir Cholewa was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 31stth minute of the game Bogumil Gregorczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Astral were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Brufoss IL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dominik Sowa took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Witalis Lukasik managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 33 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Gregorczyk came free, but Leif Opdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Dominik Sowa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Bogumil Gregorczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astral's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogumil Gregorczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leif Opdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Kai Østbye left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brufoss IL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frode Tobiassen in the 47th minute of play forced Astral's goalkeeper Slawomir Cholewa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Astral players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brufoss IL were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Markham to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Bogumil Gregorczyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leif Opdal was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Kai Østbye hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Astral's Dominik Sowa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leif Opdal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Borys Skaradowski hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Brufoss IL made a substitution. Eric Ferstad replaced Frode Tobiassen. Arkadiusz Dytrych helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Astral's Arkadiusz Dytrych got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Nils-Arne Bruvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bogumil Gregorczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90thth minute of the game Bogumil Gregorczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Brufoss IL booed when Astral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Rzeszutko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slawomir Cholewa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils-Arne Bruvik's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Eric Ferstad in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Slawomir Cholewa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Brufoss IL eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
