Linus Svanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahyadi Baso in the 9th minute of the match. Average Joes's Linus Svanström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahyadi Baso in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's goal looked a bit too open when Jo Blanchaert came free, but Sergio Peralta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Ulpiano Treviño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flamengo de San Blás's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Average Joes the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Average Joes's Filip Flink tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's Wiliam Lozano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Linus Svanström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Wiliam Lozano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahyadi Baso's late challenge caught a Average Joes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mahyadi Baso helped the player get up and apologised. Joakim Soned took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sergio Peralta. Flamengo de San Blás's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Mahyadi Baso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo de San Blás's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahyadi Baso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Linus Svanström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Average Joes's Pål Askestät got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Löfgren during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Löfgren kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Linus Svanström made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Wiliam Lozano sent off a good shot on target. The Flamengo de San Blás players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Average Joes were winning 0-1.

Sergio Peralta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jo Blanchaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Average Joes's zone, Robert Gmoch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Linus Svanström came out of the goal and Robert Gmoch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the match, Average Joes's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Gmoch came free, but Linus Svanström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flamengo de San Blás's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wilfredo Zambrano in the 58th minute. Fernando Escobar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 62nd minute Mattias Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Average Joes booed when Flamengo de San Blás was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Lozano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jo Blanchaert hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Pål Askestät's late challenge caught a Flamengo de San Blás's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pål Askestät helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Average Joes got a freekick which was hit by Pål Askestät. A collision led to Flamengo de San Blás getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Fernando Escobar hit a great ball. Sergio Peralta was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Filip Flink. Sergio Peralta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jo Blanchaert showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 83 minute of play. Sergio Peralta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo Blanchaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Evaggelos Kalogeratos hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Flamengo de San Blás got a freekick which was hit by Ulpiano Treviño. Filip Flink's shot from long distance in the 92nd minute was not bad at all, but Flamengo de San Blás's Sergio Peralta knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Jo Blanchaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Sergio Peralta made a huge save. Average Joes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
