Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Justino Uxio took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FMArgentina's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 5th minute of play forced FMArgentina's goalkeeper Delmar Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Anísio Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castanheiro SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 10th minute Ulisses Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ricardo Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th match minute, FMArgentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Uxio to maneuver through the defense. Umberto Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Delmar Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Anísio Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Umberto Dionísio in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmar Batista saved FMArgentina from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Umberto Dionísio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmar Batista was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After 28 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmar Batista was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the FMArgentina defense, Umberto Dionísio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delmar Batista. The FMArgentina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delmar Batista should have stopped the shot. Benedito Mineiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmar Batista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes FMArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Chago. Umberto Dionísio took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmar Batista. Delmar Batista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Delmar Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute Mauro Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, FMArgentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Uxio to maneuver through the defense. Umberto Dionísio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Delmar Batista made a huge save. 60 minutes into the game, Danilo Chago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FMArgentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castanheiro SC the free kick. Delmar Batista came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio. But to his dismay, Umberto Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Delmar Batista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Umberto Dionísio's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Mauro Sarmento took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Delmar Batista to make any attempt to save it. In the 69th minute, Umberto Dionísio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Delmar Batista. The goal made the score 0-7. 72 minutes into the match, FMArgentina's goalkeeper Delmar Batista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisinho Seco. In the 74th match minute, FMArgentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Uxio to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Mineiro in the 75th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Luisinho Seco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Delmar Batista. Luisinho Seco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Castanheiro SC's Marcelo Eger was substituted for Anísio Alagoano. Castanheiro SC's Fellipe da Silva suffered a concussion in the 83rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Castanheiro SC made a substitution. Júnior Alagoano replaced Fellipe da Silva. After 84 played minutes FMArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Eguzki. Benedito Mineiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Delmar Batista. FMArgentina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when FMArgentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Chago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Batista was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benedito Mineiro. When Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FMArgentina's goalie prevented a goal. Castanheiro SC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
