After a defensive mix-up in Hahay's zone, Anthonio Zeppeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Espen Granerud came out of the goal and Anthonio Zeppeli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Espen Granerud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joan-Manuel Joestar in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Joan-Manuel Joestar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Espen Granerud was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Anthonio Zeppeli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Espen Granerud made a huge save. In the 32nd match minute, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Bihar to maneuver through the defense. If Witalis Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. Iwo Rykaczewski hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
