With 27 minutes on the clock, Klas Norberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Abel Lameirinhas hit a great ball. António Gama kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Kurt Pilblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Roriz in the 66th minute of play. Catarino Macena kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Olof Soned who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garanhão do SUL's Heitor Peseiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Olof Soned came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the BK Tåfjutt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Soned couldn't finish the play. The Garanhão do SUL players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
