Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan José Ferraro in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stojmen Tujković prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Fryderyk Gajewski sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Cucao got free with Carlos Navarro Montoya in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fryderyk Gajewski in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Navarro Montoya saved GuateFortín from getting behind. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fryderyk Gajewski in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goal looked a bit too open when Juan José Ferraro came free, but Stojmen Tujković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Juan José Ferraro fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GuateFortín's protests and gave Juan José Ferraro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of F.C BEŞİKTAŞ booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan José Ferraro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferit Balkoç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Navarro Montoya having to make a save. The GuateFortín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Navarro Montoya should have stopped the shot. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Alejo Cucao sent off a good shot on target.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rasmus Højlund to make the kick off. Stojmen Tujković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan José Ferraro, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Stojmen Tujković had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milton Umaña. Ernesto Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GuateFortín's Jorge Bonilla was substituted for Miguel Ángel Reguera. In the 78th minute, Ernesto Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sun Fan Xing charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sun Fan Xing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to F.C BEŞİKTAŞ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sun Fan Xing hit a great ball. With a little luck, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Stojmen Tujković got control of the ball when Ezequiel Peruanton tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Ferit Balkoç came free, but Carlos Navarro Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rasmus Højlund came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the F.C BEŞİKTAŞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasmus Højlund couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Højlund in the 86th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Carlos Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
