Racing Club【LBF】's Federico Orlanda got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Racing Club【LBF】 booed when Espen Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Schmid didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Schmid in the 46th minute of play forced Racing Club【LBF】's goalkeeper Marcelo Eufemio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Lopez in the 56th minute of play forced Espen Steelers's goalkeeper Nikola Portner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurt Wüthrich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Marcelo Eufemio made a huge save. Albert Einstein hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Espen Steelers made a substitution. Fabian Schär replaced Laurenzo Wagner. Espen Steelers's Christian Witzig was substituted for Hassan Widmer. Espen Steelers's Janis Moser was substituted for Clement Rothstein. Racing Club【LBF】 were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Espen Steelers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gogo Geleberto took the corner. Janis Moser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
